Welcome to Lullane. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lullane.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products. Lullane sells personal-care and wellness devices. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. If you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, or use an implanted medical device, consult your clinician before use. Always follow the instructions included with each product.

2. Orders and payment. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, where a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already charged. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page before you buy. Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to you by email. Delivery estimates are good-faith projections, not guarantees; carrier delays can occur. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

4. Returns and refunds. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition. Email us to start a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Accuracy of information. We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and prices accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property. The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Lullane or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

8. Disclaimer of warranties. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lullane's total liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
